This 24hr gym offers the best strength training community in the north. The range of equipment will keep strongman, power and olympic types happy. They have some bespoke kit and my favourite bit of new kit is a bulgarian bag. The toilets at times could be cleaner. I actively encourage people to try their Come lift with us sessions, which i used and found invaluable. Sessions were free to members or just 5 pounds. Material covered everything a beginner needs for the first six months of their lifting in 6 sunday sessions.
